HOGAN LOVELLS

Art Direction, Graphic Design

Hogan Lovells needed recruitment materials to introduce a brand-new Louisville office to a market where the firm had no existing presence. What started as a single-market brief grew step by step into a system that needed to work across the firm's other supporting markets too.

I led art direction and design on the resulting suite, including a landing page built as a mini-site. Hogan Lovells had just gone through a corporate identity refresh, so I audited that new system first to map where I had real room to push and where the boundaries were fixed, keeping the work aligned with their stately, established identity while making it feel fresh and local.

The work performed well enough that Hogan Lovells brought me back for a second phase—a full onboarding suite extending the same reimagined identity. Because the project developed in phases rather than a single fixed brief, the system had to remain adaptable across new supporting markets. To keep the suite cohesive, I leveraged the brand's distinct angular design features as a visual throughline for each piece.

These are some of the printed and social campaign pieces that went along with the introduction of Hogan Loevells into the new markets.
