The depth and breadth of what Home of the Innocents does can feel overwhelming—supporting children in crisis through a wide range of essential services. But at their core, they are a place of profound compassion and care. The challenge was finding a way to visually express that.

Partnering with an illustrator, we created a cast of characters that reflect the spirit and resilience of the children they serve, while honoring their anonymity and preserving their dignity. The designs were originally developed as part of a rebranding effort across various marketing materials, but they ultimately became a core element of the organization’s identity—appearing in murals and signage throughout the campus.
