The Indian Health Board of Minneapolis has been serving the Native American community since 1971, offering everything from medical and dental care to Indigenous healing practices, recovery support, pharmacy services, and cultural programming — all under one roof. The challenge was designing a site that honored the weight and warmth of that mission without feeling clinical or institutional.
 

I led the client from discovery through wireframes to final design, then worked closely with developers to bring it to life — the result is a site that uses authentic imagery from local photographers and feels as culturally grounded and welcoming as the care they provide.
